Mobile ordering issues (OTP)

Solution

Issues with mobile ordering not showing.

 

We had an issue at center where the order was not pulling over from the ipad to the get mobile order screen

This is the suggested resolution …   should this happen call Steve or I first for the support password help

 

Symptoms

  • POS connection error, The UberEATS order is coming through the iPad but is not available on the POS under "Get Mobile Order"; Order is showing on UberEats IPAD, but not on POS; UberEats order was not showing on POS and/or KVS, The McDelivery order is coming through the iPad but is not available on the POS under "Get Mobile Order"; Order is showing on McDelivery IPAD, but not on POS; McDelivery order was not showing on POS and/or KVS; Unable to recall UberEATS order ; it was not possible to process the mobile order: conversion failed

Verify registers 16 and 19 open/close status and perform "Mobile Ordering Open Day" and "Login Mobile Ordering" if necessary

Resolution

  1. Run the NP6 Status in RSM to verify registers 16 and 19 open/close status
  2. If the registers are not open, From the main POS screen select the Manager button in the upper right hand corner
  3. Enter the user name and then password
  4. Once at the Manager Menu select “Support
  5. Press “Support” again
  6. Enter the support password
  7. On the support operations screen select “Mobile Ordering Open Day

  8. Enter the current open day
    1. Entering any other date other than current date will return an error
  9. When current date is entered, the message “Mobile Ordering Day opened successfully” is displayed on the register

  10. When Mobile Ordering is open, select the "Login Mobile Ordering" button to log in user to both POS0016 and POS0019
    1. A message is displayed when the user is successfully logged
